I am a "factory trained" and certified garage door installer.Non insulated 16x7 doors are only $660 installed.***I have INSULATED (R8 & R10) garage doors for sale if you are interested. 8x7's are $525 and 16x7's are $775. THIS PRICE INCLUDES INSTALLATION as well as the cost of removing and disposing of your old door. (I can get some other sizes as well) You will pay $1300 for these same doors at "The depot". If you do find a door for cheaper it is probably not insulated or it is of lesser quality-don't be fooled! These are brand new, insulated, steel garage doors with a LIFETIME factory warranty, so there are no worries. The doors all have patented spring systems that hide the springs away from view. They are enclosed in a tube and they are a lot safer if they ever broke. These doors also feature pinch resistant panels to keep the little fingers from being pinched when the door closes. The doors include all hardware, springs and tracks, as well as vinyl perimeter seal (that some people will charge you extra for?!). I am not a big door company, but I can get the same doors they offer, with the same warranties & at a lower price. I work for myself, and I take pride in my work. I can order hundreds of different styles, including steel "Carriage House" doors, and many colors if your needs are more specific.
